These terms govern your use of rsvp-to (“the service”, “we”, “us”), an event
RSVP platform. By creating an event you agree to them. This is a plain-language
summary, not legal advice; if anything is unclear, contact us.
1. Your event & your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the content you add (names, wording, images, links)
and for having the right to use it.
You’re responsible for the personal data of guests you upload, and for
telling your guests how it’s used. We process it on your behalf (see the
privacy policy).
Don’t use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes, or to
send spam.
2. Billing
Prices are shown at checkout in AUD and include card processing fees.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t store card numbers.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you
cancel. 6-month and 12-month plans are one-time prepayments
that don’t auto-renew.
You can cancel a monthly plan any time from your billing portal; it stops
the next renewal (no partial-month refunds — see below).
3. Refunds
If the service doesn’t work as described and we can’t put it right, contact
us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
We don’t generally refund partial or unused time on a plan once your event
page has been in use, but we’ll always try to be fair — just ask.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Data retention
Your event page stays live until your event, then winds down automatically:
suspended about one week after the event date and deleted about
one month after, with a full guest-list export emailed to you
first. Full details are in the privacy policy.
5. Availability & liability
We work hard to keep the service running but can’t guarantee it will be
uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is
limited to the amount you paid for the service. We’re not liable for indirect or
consequential losses.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new
date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can stop
using the service at any time.
